‘On time’: 準時 （不遲到，有訂定好的時間），如準時上課、交功課等
‘In time’: 及時，如及時救人、及時趕到等

Topic 68: Comprehension skills / strategies: Making references
從小一起，小朋友在做閱讀理解時就會被問到某些代詞所指向的是甚麼。這類問題看似艱深，但只要小朋友掌握理解及作答的方法(見附圖粉紅框），便能對這類問題應付自如了！

Topic 67: Present perfect tense
考試到了！與其死記 “just, already ...” 要用 present perfect tense
🤭，我們應該先向同學們說說這個時式到底是什麼意思。

Just, already, yet, before, once, twice, since, for 等表示到目前為止這些事已經發生，通常沒有標示過去實際發生時間*，強調的是與現在的關係，所以用現在完成式（present perfect tense）。
Eg 1. I have been to Ocean Park once.
Eg 2. I went to Ocean Park yesterday.
1. 我到目前為止去過海洋公園一次。
2. 我昨天到海洋公園遊玩。（但我們不知道「我」到目前為止去過海洋公園多少次）
*”since” 雖然有實際時間，如 “I have known John since we were six. “ 但重點不是我在六歲時認識他 （compare: I knew John when we were six.) ，而是與現在的關係，即我從六歲開始至今認識他。

Topic 65: Comprehension skills - Answering in complete sentences 回答長答
學生在做閱讀理解練習時，很多時候其實是找到答案的，卻因為不能準確地以完整句子作答而失去不少分數。
以附圖為例，當問題出現’does’ 時，學生不要忘記時式上的變化 （如加 -s)，也別忘了其他變化 （如把 ‘your’ 轉換成 ‘her’ 及最後加 fullstop) 呀！

Topic 62: Prepositions of time

在小學至中學階段，學生都經常要學習 ‘in / on / at’ 等的時間介詞，希望下表能幫助他們學習。

Topic 61: Comprehension skills 閱讀理解技巧 - Using dictionary skills 查字典的技巧
英文生字有不少都是一詞多義的，可作為不同的詞性（如名詞、動詞等），甚至同一個詞性，也可有不同的意思，如文中的 ‘spot’ ，可解作：
Spot: 名詞 （斑塊/斑點、汙漬、地點、痣等）
動詞 （發現、弄髒等）
因此，同學們需要透過文中給予的提示，而推出該生字在文中的詞性及意思。
