Refund policy

Returns

  1. If you need to send your products back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to return. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange.
  2. Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at your own cost. Kindly note that refund, if any, will be processed through Shopify after your returned items are received. Postage/Delivery/Courier Fee will not be refunded.
  3. STEPS TO RETURN

(i) Drop us an e-mail to info@kidz.com.hk indicating the following information

a) Order number - 

b) Your name - 

c) Your mobile phone number -

d) Item which you would like to return - 

e) Reason for return -

(ii) Once our team received your request, we will check if the item is eligible for return and revert to your e-mail with the status within 48hrs (during working days).

(iii) Please send the item back to the address provided in our reply e-mail via EXPRESS at your own cost or IN PERSON within 5 working days. (We do NOT accept returns via post)

If the item is returned via EXPRESS, please wrap it properly so that it will not be damaged during transit. We reserve the right to refuse your return if your item does not meet the above conditions. In such cases, we will contact you and the item will be sent back to you via Express at your cost.

退貨

  1. 如果您需要將產品寄回，則須自收貨日起7天內退貨。如果7天過去了，很遺憾，我們無法為您提供任何兌換。
  2. 請確保您退回的物品未經使用及完整無缺。不符合我們政策的退貨將不獲接受，並會以EXPRESS 到付形式退還給客戶。請注意，當我們收到退貨後，退款將通過Shopify處理。郵費/運費/快遞費將不予退還。
  3. 退貨步驟

（i）向我們發送電郵至info@kidz.com.hk，請寫上以下信息-

a）訂單號-

b）您的名字-

c）您的手機號碼-

d）您要退貨的物品-

e）退貨原因-

（ii）收到您的請求後，我們將檢查該物品是否符合退貨條件，並在48小時內（在工作日內）回覆您的電郵。

（iii）請在5個工作日內通過EXPRESS自費或親自將物品退回我們在回覆電子郵件中提供的地址。 （我們不接受郵寄退貨）

如果通過EXPRESS退回物品，請好好包裝，以免物品在運輸過程中損壞。如果您的物品不符合上述條件，我們保留拒絕您退貨的權利。在這種情況下，我們將與您聯繫，並把商品以EXPRESS到付形式寄回給您，費用由您承擔。
